Both PostHog and Hotjar may use session recording to capture anonymised replays of user interactions. No passwords, payment details, or sensitive form fields are recorded. Hotjar may also collect heatmap and feedback data to help us improve the user experience.

We may share data with the following third-party services, solely for the purposes described:

• PostHog (EU) : website analytics and session recording.
• Hotjar (EU) : heatmaps, session recording, and user feedback.
• Vercel (US/EU) : website hosting and deployment.
• Resend : transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

6. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, unless you request earlier deletion. Analytics data is retained in anonymised form for up to 12 months.
